Lydia Tan

Ms Lydia Tan is a highly experienced Global HR professional with more than 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors. She has handled the entire spectrum of HR work with a strong Pan Asian presence. She has led several strategic initiatives ranging from HR Transformations, Change Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits to Global Leadership programmes in the region.

She has an MBA from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore. Her other qualifications include:
